Tour description
Take flight on a 4-day adventure celebrating aviation history, country hospitality, and regional charm. The highlight of this journey is the spectacular Warbirds Downunder Air Show in Temora, where the roar of engines and dazzling flying displays create an unforgettable experience.
We begin with a scenic journey through Mittagong, Yass, and Gundagai before settling into Wagga Wagga, our base for the tour. Along the way, we uncover local history, explore heritage towns, and visit landmarks like the RAAF Heritage Centre, Wagga’s Botanic Gardens and zoo, and the renowned National Art Glass Collection.
The excitement builds as we spend a full day at the Temora Air Show, marvelling at historic warbirds in flight and immersing ourselves in aviation history. To round out our escape, we indulge in tastings at the Junee Licorice & Chocolate Factory, stroll the Captain’s Walk in Cootamundra, and enjoy a relaxed lunch in Goulburn before returning home with lasting memories.

Dear On Course Tours and Travel, Thank you so much for a wonderful trip to King Island. I have been on a great many coach trips but can honestly say that yours are the best by far (I was also on the Christmas in July trip to Nelson Bay with you guys), I hope to join some more of your tours next year.
